The Celebration of Carl C. Green Way
On October 5, 2024, the Harlem community honored Carl C. Green’s enduring legacy by co-naming a street in his memory—Carl C. Green Way. Situated at the intersection of 113th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue, this tribute serves as a lasting reminder of a man whose life was defined by service, generosity, and a deep commitment to uplifting others. His contributions continue to resonate throughout the community he so passionately served.

Carl C. Green's military internment was held on August 7, 2023, at the Calverton National Cemetery in Calverton, New York. A proud veteran, Carl served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1957.
